Surprise Party in Canada

So we flew to Canada in order to take party in a surprise party for my grandma (Mummy's Mummy). We arrived with he rest of the family and waited patiently for Grandma to come home for her day out and about. Everyone gathered in the front room and waited for her to enter and then yelled "Surprise!". Mummy and Daddy and I were waiting in a back room. Once all the hugs and kisses subsided in the front room, Mummy's brother (Uncle John) then told Grandma that there was one last surprise. Uncle John then came back into the back room we were and pulled me out into the front room in a wagon. He and my cousin Jenna pulled the me in the wagon into the room and delivered me to my Grandma. She was so happy to see me. She had no idea we were in Canada. Check the video out. It starts out on the plane ride over from the UK then cuts to us making our entrance from the back room in the wagon.

Bye Bye

Jacob

Hi Brandy!
No I haven't forgotten you already, but I did miss the date you were leaving! In my confused little brain I had an idea that you were leaving the Thursday after the one you actually left, so am gutted that I didn't get to say goodbye or get an address for you etc. The day you left Trev and I were in Sussex, having a night away (just the two of us) - I guess the excitement of that just fuzzed up my head!

So - I hope you had a good journey home and that Jacob was a good boy on the flight. I'm sure he was. He's looking cuter than ever!

Is it a bit chilly in Calgary now? Getting a bit nippy here, so I reckon it must be icy there. I can see Jacob now in his little hat with the earflaps, looking like Deputy Dog.

All's well here. Got Poppy's christening on Sunday, so am busy sorting things out for that.

Obviously been meeting up with Penny and the others and Poppy's been busy teething (one top tooth through and another coming soon).

Northcote Road is the same as when you left it, as is Clapham Common. We miss you though!

Hope to hear from you soon.

Kirstie, Trev and Poppy xxx
