Happy Canada Day!

Happy Canada Day. There was a big Canada party in Trafalagar Square today. Mummy and I made our way there after a day of shopping and then Daddy met us there after work. I was getting lot of stares. I was the clearly the youngest Canadian in the square. We stayed for about an hour and Mummy fed me on the grass. Then we made our way to a sandwich shop and Mummy and Daddy ate. Then we came home .

Great night!

Sunday Bruch and Afternoon BBQ

My Mummy and Daddy took me for Sunday brunck today to some friends place near our house. They have a nice garden out back and we ate eggs, toast, grilled mushrooms, grilled tomatoe, coffee, fruit salad and scones. Well, I didn't really have any of this. I had milk. But we sat in the sun and had a great day!

Then we jumped on the Tube (subway) and Mummy and Daddy took my all the way to North London to an afternoon BBQ hosted by one of the Daddys work mates. Once again everyone ate very well, and I had milk - again. I drink a lot of milk!

We were absolutely knackered when we arrived home. I was asleep in no time at all. What a great day.

Monkey!

This is my new monkey shirt. Daddy bought it for me last week over his lunch hour. Mummy then went out and bought the kaki shorts to complete the outfit. I must say I am cool kid!

Another Train Ride and a Tour of South Bank

Well, we went for a really big walk yestday. Mummy and Daddy and Melanie took me for a walk along south bank and we made our way to Bourough Market. It was really hot.

On the way home we took another train. I then decided to have a bit of a wobbly and started crying and make a lot of noise. The train we were on was full of football fans as the World Cup was on. The guys on the train were England fans and were drinking beer on the train. When I started to cry, one of the blokes yelled "We are making the baby cry lads - time for a lullabye mates!". Then they all broke into a beer supported lullabye and......I stopped crying. They all cheered. It was short lived though, I started crying again just to let everyone know, I need constant lullabyes - no one hit numbers for me!

Daddy Fed Me Today!!!!!!!

Another first for the record books. Daddy fed me by bottle today! Mummy expressed milk (whatever that means), and Daddy fed me by bottle. Mummy was nervous. She was not used to watching someone else feed me. Daddy told her to quit pestering him while he fed. He asked her to turn the music up and pass him his coffee. Mummy did not want him drinking coffee while he fed me. They compromised, he fed me and Mummy fed him coffee.

This is great news because it means Mummy can now go and get her hair done, and Daddy and I can hang out for longer since he can how feed me.

Daddy mentioned something about me cooking dinner next week for everyone. Mummy doesn't think I will be able to pull it off though - wishful thinking Daddy....

My first train ride

Well we took a big step today. We all took the train to Teddington. We went to vist Simon, Niamh (prounced "Neve" in Irish), and Joe. Joe was born three days before me. Teddington is south west of London. It was only a 20 minute train ride but still a big step for me. All six of us ate lunch and sat in the sun all day long.

Then we came home and our neighbours invited us over for a Turksih BBQ - Yeah! They have this great garden out back. You can see our view from our kithen window. We open up the window and they say "Come for Turkish BBQ". We say "OK". We ate yummy meat, and vegetables and good desert.
