YaYa's gone back to Canada

YaYa (Grandma) went back to Canada today. Both mummy and I cried a lot when she left. She really helped mummy out during these past couple weeks and mummy's a bit worried about what she's going to do without YaYa around. YaYa's been cooking, cleaning, cuddling and not to mention all her amazing tried and true baby tips. Mummy says she couldn't have done it without her. I think mummy and I are going to do really well together. We're already off to a good start - I've been napping for almost an hour and a half this morning. Well thank you very much YaYa for helping mummy and daddy out. I'll miss you lots and I'll see you at Christmas time. luv Jake.

Gramma yaya,

We're all very happy that you were there to help Brandi and Rob with the new transition of their life. When you're a new mom, it all seems so overwhelming, but it's all just common sense. If it's stinky...clean it. If it's hungry...feed it. If it's smiling...then smile with it.

Thanks again, Barb

Hey there, baby Jake,

I just got back from having supper with Ron and I thought I would check to see if there were any new pictures of you. This one with your yaya almost made me want to cry. OK, so I've had two glasses of wine, but I wanted to reach through the computer and give you a big kiss on those cheeks.

Love Barb
